Making it Real for people with dementia is launched

On the anniversary of the national making it real document, Think Local Act Personal last week published its Making it Real for people with dementia. This documents specifically sets  out how the principles of Making it Real will work for people with dementia. MIRdementia FINAL Think Local Act Personal (TLAP) launched Making it Real: Marking progress towards personalised, community-based support on 17 May 2012. This resource aims to help organisations move towards more personalised and community-based support by providing them with practical steps to make personalisation a reality.
