Deafblind UK – Support group and a call for volunteers

Deafblind UK has lottery funding to set up social support groups for people in the West Midlands with dual sensory loss . These groups can be of benefit to the person with sensory impairment, to a carer if they wish to volunteer in a different and enjoyable setting or both member and volunteer.  Social group volunteering is an opportunity get involved whilst enjoying yourself! We are a diverse project characterised by choice and independence for members. We offer a wide range of activities. Volunteers are essential in order to maintain these groups. Saturday 30 November  from 10.30am All members of Dudley borough’s diverse community are welcome to attend to talk to us and our partners about the services we provide and the issues that affect different  communites.
