Where are we at with Integrated Care in Dudley borough? – Book Now!  An event for the voluntary and community sector  Tuesday 11th November 2014, 9:30am – 2:45pm Venue to be confirmed Purpose of this workshop To bring together the voluntary and community sector (VCS) to update them on integrated care services and enable the VCS to shape an offer of support which will help voluntary and community organisations to collaborate and demonstrate their quality and impact. Nuffield Trust’s new analysis presents evidence of the costs to the NHS and other care services of supporting people at the end of their lives. Our report indicates that potential savings might be available if community-based support were made more widely available to help people to die in their own homes, where that was their preference.
