Dudley Trail is in its 38th year and is a family walking event which has challenges for all abilities and ages. Walks start at Dudley Leisure Centre and take in many places across the borough. Forthcoming Laughter Yoga activities

Hi Everyone There are several Laughter Yoga sessions coming up within the Dudley area over the coming weeks: 28 March 2018         Halesowen College, (Rooms 13101 and 13102 in Block 13), Whittingham Road, Halesowen, B63 3NA from 7.00 pm.  There will be another session at this venue on 25 April. 9 April 2018              Wordsley Community Centre, The Green, Wordsley, Stourbridge, DY8 5BN stating at 7.00 pm. 12 April 2018            Mata Da Mandir Centre, 57 – 59 King Street, Dudley, DY2 8PX from 11.00 am There is no charge for these sessions but donations between £3.00 and £5.00 help towards room hire costs. There is going to be a programme on ITV called ‘Older People’s Bootcamp’ and I have been given a new date for its release on 12 April 2018.  At the moment I don’t have exact time and channel details but I will update you when I have.  It is about a group of older people taking part in various activities, including Laughter Yoga.  Watch this space ….. World Laughter Day falls on the first Sunday in May every year around the world.  People laugh to promote World Peace.  To celebrate this event, I shall be holding two sessions in Mary Stevens Park, Stourbridge, DY8 2AA on Sunday, 6 May 2018.  The first session will be from 11.00 am and the second from 2.00 pm.  Both these sessions are completely FREE.  Bring your friends and family and, weather permitting, we shall do the session outside.
