Becoming an Individual Employer (IE) can be very daunting, so this course has been designed to make the IE role much easier. This interactive course is for Individual Employers who want to get a good grounding in what to do and what not to do, to become a Good Boss. Person Centred Care – Free Course Effective personalisation and high quality care and support can only be ensured when the needs and preferences of individuals are placed at the heart of the support and care delivered.
