If your role involves helping older vulnerable people this opportunity is for you! Spare 1 hour of your day to find out more!

Dudley Adult, Community and Housing Services, Access & Prevention teams will be holding a ‘Networking Day’ at the Brierley Hill Health and Social Care Centre (LIFT) building on Tuesday 10th February 2015 between 9-30am and 4pm where interested people can ‘drop-in’.

We are asking all people that are involved in helping older or vulnerable people to come and gain valuable information on the universal offer (services and help open to everyone) and how access and prevention services can support people to age well, promote independence, health & wellbeing, whilst remaining safe and healthy within their community.

We will be showcasing access & prevention services including:

• Living Well, Feeling Safe Partnership and Service
• Home Safety Service
• Home Security Initiative
• Welfare Benefits Team
• Lye Project and Community Development
• Access & prevention Social Work Teams
• Queens Cross Network
• Community Equipment Stores
• Vision Support
• Deaf Support
• Moving and Handling
• Blue Badge
• Assisted Living Centre
• Dudley Telecare Service

• Sheltered Housing Teams
• Accessing Community Enablement Team
• Dementia Gateways
• Engaging Community Support
• Carers Network
• Housing with Care
