Tell us why you signed up and what it means for your organisation and for the people you serve.
We are signed up to Making it Real because everything we do is based on personalisation, ensuring that each client achieves the outcomes they want, whether that involves personal care, housework, shopping, socialising, education, voluntary work or sport. We promote their independence and help them to improve their quality of life. We fully support Making it Real. As a parent carer myself, I can summarise what the I-statements and Making it Real mean for my son: good information, active life, flexible support, competent staff, being in control, and being able to decide how to spend the personal budget.
Thanks Mike we are really keen to hear from providers and what it means for them and the people they serve.
Great news Crossroads Care looking forward to seeing your action plan!
