New video on staying warm in winter

An information video aimed at helping to prevent deaths and illness from living in cold homes has been launched by Dudley Council. Last winter across England, one person died every seven minutes from the cold. Thousands more suffer serious illness because they are living in cold homes. Local people and organisations can help shape the future of Dudley Council’s local account.  Earlier this year the council published its adult social care local account for 2012-13.  The local account tells local people and partners how well the council has delivered its adult social care services. The council will soon begin its preparation for the 2013-14 local account.  However, before we begin this process, the council would like to gain some feedback about what people think works well and not so well in the current edition.  This will help us improve the document in the future.
