Big bang event for autism 5 April 2014 celebrating World Autism Day (2 April)

An event organised by Dudley Council’s autism outreach service to celebrate the strengths and talents of children and young people with autism will be held this next week (April 5).

From 11am to 4pm people are invited to go along to the autism Big Bang event at Dudley College at The Broadway, Dudley to see a diverse display of art, science, writing and music.

This will be the fourth year that the event has taken place to coincide with World Autism Awareness Day on April 2.

All of the work is from children and young people diagnosed as being on the autism spectrum attending either mainstream or special schools in Dudley and are supported by the Autism Outreach Service.

The event is free although there are fund-raising activities for the Dudley Autism Support group. Everyone is welcome to drop in at any time from 11am to 4pm.
