MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM THE ROYAL BRITISH LEGION WEST MIDLANDS & COVENTRY ADMIRAL NURSING TEAM!!

Our service continues to go from strength to strength, and as a result, the Royal British Legion has opened two new Admiral Nurse Services in the south of the country.

We could not achieve all we do in supporting the families we work with, without the on-going excellent relationships we have within our area. We are very grateful to all of the professionals we have worked with over the last three years, and would like to thank you for your continued referrals and joint working.

Our team of three nurses has now supported over 470 families since we opened, working with them from diagnosis, through to palliative care and bereavement work. We provide expert assessment, tailored interventions and education, psychological and emotional support to families experiencing dementia.

We would like to wish you a very happy Christmas, and a peaceful New Year, and look forward to continuing to support you in 2016.

Please pass also on our thanks to your colleagues and larger teams! – We are still always taking referrals all year through and someone in our team will respond to any queries you have.. should you need to contact us over the Christmas period, so please use the usual contacts below!

Kind Regards
