Posted by on December 15, 2014 in Home Page | 0 comments

The Care Quality Commission’s last week published its report into the way complaints are handled across the NHS, primary care, and adult social care services in England. It found that people could be put off from making complaints about health and adult social care, which is leading to concerns not being identified, and providers missing out on opportunities to improve their services. You can also follow the conversation on social media; The CQC will be tweeting from the @CareQualityComm account on Twitter using the #ComplaintsMatter hashtag.
