Do you care for someone with Dementia?

A FREE self management programme is available for you.

‘Looking After Me’ aims to help carers to cope better with the emotional and practical demands of their caring role. It is a FREE 6 week course of 2½ hour sessions each week.

Sessions are made up of talks, demonstrations, group discussions as well as a tea break.

Carers receive a FREE book and relaxation CD to support the course content. The course is run by people who have caring experience, and have benefited from the course themselves so much they trained as tutors.

Course details:

  • Venue: Brett Young Day Centre, Old Hawne Ln, Halesowen B63 3TB
  • Dates: Monday 16th February– Monday 23rd March
  • Time – 10:30am – 1pm
