Becoming an Individual Employer (IE) can be very daunting, so this course has been designed to make the IE role much easier.
This interactive course is for Individual Employers who want to get a good grounding in what to do and what not to do, to become a Good Boss.

Before the PA starts
The importance of proper Induction
Preventing and sorting out problems
The course is being provided by Surrey Independent Living Council on behalf of Skills for Care and will take place at Queen Cross Network, Dudley.
