Dudley Borough Public Healthcare Forum Meeting
The next Healthcare Forum will take place on Thursday 1st December, 12.30pm – 2.30pm at Brierley Hill Civic Hall, Bank Street, Brierley Hill, DY5 3DH
The Healthcare Forum is friendly and relaxed and you’ll get to meet your local GPs. We would love you come and chat with us. We always offer a nice cuppa and a bite to eat.

The Black Country STP – Better Health and Care for people across the Black Country and West Birmingham
This will be held on Tuesday 6th December, 12.30pm – 3.30pm at Bethel Green Convention Centre, Kelvin Way, West Bromwich, Birmingham B70 7JW
This is a public briefing event for anyone within the Black Country and West Brimingham, who would like to find out more about the local Sustainability and Transformation Plans (STPs); in particular, the Black Country STP.
For the vast majority who may not be familiar with STPs; Every health and social care system in England must produce a Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP) showing how local services will evolve and become sustainable over the next five years, in order to best meet the needs of local communities. (More information can be viewed here on NHS England’s website.)
NHS Sandwell and West Brimingham CCG (Clinical Commissioning Group) on behalf of its 18 partner organisations, would like to invite local patients and the public to join them to find out more about this important transformational agenda and the development of Health and Social Care services on Tuesday 6th December, 12.30pm – 3.30pm.
Registration and a light lunch will be available from 12.30pm.
At the meeting you will be able to:
· Hear about the context and background to the STPs
· Share in the journey to date and how CCGs and their partners we will continue to deliver high quality health and care services to people across the Black Country.
· Take a look at how the Black Country STP is developing and let us know what you think
Places are limited for each area within the Black Country, if you would like to attend the event you can do this through ‘Eventbrite’ using this link.

We will also be offering transport to this event on a first come, first served basis. There will be a pick up in Brierley Hill and a further pick up in Dudley centre to take interested individuals to the event and then drop off’s back to Dudley and Brierley Hill following the event. If you would like to request transport, please let Keren know by emailing Keren.firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 01384 321730 as soon as possible before registering for the event as transport is also limited.
