Sometimes we all need a helping hand when lives daily pressures get on top of us. If you are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, panic or phobias, are aged 16 or over (a school leaver) and registered with a Dudley GP, then Dudley Talking Therapy Service may be right for you.

Our team of highly experienced NHS professionals provide a range of psychological therapies to help people get back to enjoying the most from their life. Psychological Therapies offered include wellbeing workshops, computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (cCBT), group or individual therapy, guided self-help and signposting to other support services.

Our new self-referral option makes it easier for you to access support. Once a referral is received, the team will contact you within 72 hours to offer you an assessment; this will generally be a telephone appointment with one of our qualified practitioners.

Please note that Dudley Talking Therapy Service are not able to provide support for those already receiving treatment from another mental health service, or those who have a severe and enduring mental health problem.
