Dudley’s new model of care – All together better (Multi-speciality Community Provider/Vanguard)

Posted by on July 29, 2016 in Active & Supportive Communities | 0 comments

The All Together Better partnership brings together all the health and social care organisations across our area to review and shape future health and social care services in Dudley. The aim is to ensure that people in Dudley receive the best possible care with services that continue to meet future challenges and embrace the opportunities for improvement.

Dudley CCG has launched now a public consultation to help shape the development of Dudley Multi-specialty Community Provider (MCP)

The Consultation

The consultation is to ask your views to help the Partnership ensure that the new Dudley MCP is organised in the best possible way to meet your needs. Views are being sought on four key areas so that Dudley CCG can take into account your thoughts and ideas before they begin the conversation with the organisations who want to be part of the new MCP.

These areas are:

  1. Details of services included in the MCP contract (scope)
  2. The targets the Partnership expects them to achieve for Dudley people (outcomes)
  3. A description of the way that the Partnership expects the MCP to operate (characteristics)
  4. An expectation on how they will use technology to improve access (for example easier telephone/online access system)

You can share your views up until midnight on Friday 9th September, please take a look at the  consultation document and let them have your thoughts via an online survey here. You can also join in one of five 5 public meetings:

      • Monday 1st August at the Zion centre Halesowen – 1pm-3pm
