The first set of workshops starts on Monday 12th January from 1pm -2pm. This set of workshops would suit anyone with a disability who is looking at making new friends whilst wanting to increase their confidence and sense of wellbeing.

The second set of  workshops again with the same payment scale as above starts on Wednesday 14th January 2015 at 10:30 these sessions are aimed at adults with learning difficulties. The aim again is to promote confidence and a sense of wellbeing.

Please note these workshops are for adults with disabilities and even though they will be based at the Beacon Centre for the Blind this does not mean that you need to have a visual impairment.
