Four in ten people who use social services have as much social contact as they want

Figures released by Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC) reveal for the first time the extent of social contact for adults who use social care and carers. The survey is part of the Adult Social Care Outcomes Framework (ASCOF). The figures are part of a collection of statistics on social care in England in three provisional reports published by the Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC) and that were released over the summer.
