Free Laughter Yoga sessions in Stourbridge

Two free Laughter Yoga sessions will be held in Mary Stevens Park, Stourbridge on Sunday, May 3 for World Laughter Day.

Maggie Thompson will stage the one-hour sessions, one from 11am and the second from 2pm, at the hub building in the park. Details here

World Laughter Day was started in 1998 by Dr Madan Kataria, the founder of the Laughter Yoga movement, to promote world peace.

Laughter Yoga is a combination of role-playing everyday activities with laughter and deep breathing exercises.

A monthly club is also held at Wordsley Community Centre, The Green, Wordsley, Stourbridge, DY8 5BN.  The next meeting is on Monday, May 11 from 7pm, Details here
