Dear Health Footsteps Supporters
Please find attached a copy of the NEW Healthy Footsteps programme which covers October through to December.
We have the usual Monday and Tuesday walks, a Saturday walk, information on our Mindful Nature Walks aimed at people living with early on set Dementia, Books on the Move and this quarter we have four Walks with a Difference.
