Want to get more active, but not sure where to start? Why not take on the Spring In Your Step challenge during National Walking Month? Dudley Council’s public health team encourages you to walk on the spot, or outside, for at least five minutes, walk on your toes and then your heels five times for 30 seconds each and walk upstairs a few times every day.
