National stage for collaborative working in Dudley (Dudley CCG)
National recognition for Dudley’s efforts to put patients at the heart of heath care saw two teams from the CCG (Clinical Commissioning Group) invited to deliver presentations at a prestigious nationwide health event, the Health and Care Innovation Expo 2014 which was hosted by NHS England.
The services that were showcased were Dudley’s innovative Dementia Gateways and the Building Health Partnership programme which demonstrates that by working together with partners the CCG can tailor care more effectively.
