Skills for Care has developed the Culture for care:your toolkit

 This toolkit is for all social care and support employers, regardless of size or services delivered. Dudley Centre For Independent Living Tracy McClymont was involved in helping to develop this document and was part of the consultation.

The toolkit has been developed to be as relevant to individual employers who employ their own personal assistants as it is to a large employers with many staff. The toolkit explains why a positive workplace culture is so important, details the business benefits for culture and provides activity sheets and scenarios to help providers embed a positive workplace culture.

It is a practical toolkit supported by good practice examples drawn from employers from across the sector.
