A new future for social care?

Catch up with presentations from our recent event, which discussed how the social care sector can respond positively to current and future challenges.

This event included a panel discussion between Rt Hon Norman Lamb MP, Liz Kendall MP, Kate Barker, Yvonne Braun and Dr Dan Poulter MP on the future of health and social care funding in England, and a talk by Jos de Blok of Buurtzorg on whether their innovative model of care could work in England.

We are also launching a new learning network, which offers an opportunity for senior clinicians and managers to work together and learn from best practice on integrated approaches to physical and mental health.

In the week that NHS England published its plans for implementing the Five year forward view for mental health, here’s a reminder of our 10 priorities for integrating physical and mental health.
