Thomas Pocklington Trust – activity programe for carers of people with sight loss

The Stourbridge-based Thomas Pocklington Trust has an on- going programme of activities and events for 2015 especially for carers of people with sight loss in the Dudley area.

The following activities/services are regulaly hosted by the trust:

  •  For Carers only – no charge
    • Art4Carers
    • Knit1Talk1Sew1
    • Need2Knead
  •  Carers – no charge (ask about bringing the person you care for).
    • Fish, chips and a quiz
    • Pamper days
    • Regular pub meals out
    • 3 course meal in Horizon’s Restaurant while you watch the horse racing
    • Theatre Trips
    • Worcester River Cruise and on-board meal
    • Warwick castle
    • Garden Centre visits
    • Shopping Trips
    • Shows
    • Carers Christmas meal
    • Information
    • Grant application
  • Carers and Cared for – reduction for carers
    • 3 night holiday to Windermere Manor Hotel in June
