Voluntary Organisation Disability Group launch report

The social care sector will need to fill around 400,000 jobs by 2035. In the light of this reality, how can providers create a competitive edge in local labour markets and transform the sector into a career of choice? SCE children safeguarding

The NSPCC and SCIE undertook “The Learning into Practice Project” between March 2015 and March 2016, funded by the Department for Education Innovation Programme.  The project developed and tested a number of ways to improve the quality of Serious Case Reviews (SCRs) and their impact on local and national child protection practice, with the goal being to help local safeguarding children boards and SCR reviewers to improve the quality and use of Serious Case Reviews.
