Rough Sleepers Estimate, Severe Weather Protocol and Winter Warm help

Information for providers and voluntary organisations:

Thank you for helping us with our rough sleepers estimate. Your response was much appreciated.

A total of 6 rough sleepers were identified as sleeping rough on the night of the estimate. This figure has now been verified by an external agency and submitted to the Government.

The work doesn’t stop there though……please remember that you can report rough sleepers to us at any time. Also as the weather gets colder we have special arrangements in place. See the guidance document below.

Winter warmth service

Don’t get caught out by the cold and high fuel bills – contact our Winter Warmth Service. The service is available to all Dudley Residents.

Anyone worried about keeping their home warm, struggling to pay their fuel bills or concerned about keeping well at home during the winter can ask for help from the scheme.

Free emergency crisis heating measures are also available, such as portable heaters, blankets & hot water bottles.
