More About Our Company

Together with local people and our partners we are currently transforming adult social care through a programme called Making it Real in Dudley.

Making it Real  has implications for all aspects of adults social care services and wider community approaches. A commitment to making it real is associated with the development of real action plans locally to demonstrate to people who use services and carers that social care is becoming person-centred.

We are currently reviewing our Making it Real in Dudley Programme and action plan  and blue print for change.
