Age Concern Stourbridge & Halesowen intend to have a ‘crafty’ time at their Christmas coffee and craft morning.

The event, being held on Friday 2 December from 10.30 am at Age Concern, The Elton Centre at St John’s, St John’s Road, Stourbridge, DY8 1EJ is to help raise awareness of the services available at this centre, while raising money to support their activities.

The Christmas craft & coffee morning, which is free to attend, will enable visitors to purchase handmade items, see original crafts being made and be able to view the charity’s Elton Centre facilities.  Members of the Age Concern craft and art classes will also be available to talk to people interested in joining their groups.

The Black Country Wench, Marlene, will also entertain throughout the morning with her unique comedy and take on Black Country life.

The café will be open for business during the event, offering a large selection of food including hot pork sandwiches and warm mince pies.
