Black Country Partnership for Care is holding its next employer event on Friday, 20th February 2015,  9.30 am – 12.30 pm at the Dudley Archives, Tipton Road, DY1 4SQ

On the Agenda:

  • On April 1st 2015 the Care Certificate comes into effect and replaces the Common Induction Standards.  There are some significant changes which will be explored by the regional Skills for Care representative.
  • Choosing the right courses for your staff along with an appropriate training provider can be challenging and time consuming but there are some excellent tools and resources available.  Our aim at this event is to show you how best to use these tools and demystify the processes so that you are well-placed to meet the challenges ahead.
  • Are you considering taking on an apprentice but concerned about taking that first step?  Our external presenter will talk about his organisation’s offer to assist you with recruitment and retention with the help of a careers guidance team and support with functional skills.

Please find the agenda and booking form to this informative and interesting event here

We look forward to seeing you on 20th February.
