Check out DFTRA’s very own Phylliss Rowley on Good Morning Britain as oldest black belt in karate

Phyllis Rowley who is one of DFTRA’s* director’s has become Britain’s oldest martial arts expert at the tender age of 78, by achieving a ‘black belt’ in Karate.

Phyllis made the local headlines back in May but has since been a story in the Sun and the Metro. On Friday 12 June Phyllis was broadcast across the nation on ITV’s breakfast show Good Morning Britain.
