National Care Home Open Day on Friday 20 June 2014

On 20 June care homes across the country will open their doors to visitors, inviting local people to meet residents and learn more about care homes. National Care Home Open Day, which s supported by the CQC and has cross-sector backing, aims to build better relationships between the public and care homes. It also enables the sector to celebrate good practice among care home providers, and to encourage greater cohesion between local communities and care homes.
