A new guide to support and services on offer across Dudley borough for people with dementia, their families and carers has been produced. The guide is a one stop shop of information and services all in one place. It has been produced by Dudley Council, Dudley Clinical Commissioning Group, The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust and The Alzheimers Society working together.

The guide will prove useful to people who have a diagnosis of dementia, family members and carers. It is intended that people can dip in and out of it as the needs arises, so that services and support are accessed , as and when people are in need of them.
