Rethink Caring and Coping 10 week Course – starts 31 October for carers of people with mental health
Rethink Menal illness is running another of the popular Caring and Coping course. This is a 10 week psycho-educational course, which provides fantastic peer support, information and education to carers of individuals with mental illness. We look at mental illness, looking after yourself and practical information, amongst other issues. This course will run at Dudley Fire Station every Friday from 31st October 2014 – 16th January 2015, with a two week break over the Christmas period. Eligibility criteria:
Carer/family member of an individual with mental illness (this does not include dementia);
18 year old or over;
Resident of the Dudley Borough.
