Sleeping rough protocol

Message from Housing Services, Dudley Council:

We would ask that you contact the service using 01384 815035 or 0800 555 2345 if you know that anyone is sleeping rough in any weather. We can then look at all options and will endeavour to accommodate. We have emergency beds available to us in severe weather, and would hope to accommodate rough sleepers during cold weather even if the temperature is not forecast to be as low and/or persist for as long as the national standard requires
