Dudley Advocacy recruits, trains and supports volunteers to act as Advocates, who work in partnership with people with learning disabilities to get their voice heard. Volunteers can help in a variety of ways – from making phone calls, to supporting people at meetings. The charity is also looking for support with their new social media sites and newsletter. If you can do any of the above and would like to ‘make your mark’ by improving the lives of people with learning disabilities please contact Volunteer Development Officer Sean Ledington on 01384 456877, email sean@dudleyadvocacy.org , website http://www.dudleyadvocacy.org/ or Twitter @dudleyadvocacy1. Experience not needed as full training and support is given. Induction training starts this month.
