Winter Warmth Support Service

The council’s Winter Warmth service launches on 10 October 2016 and will run through the winter until Spring 2017. The service aims to ensure that all borough residents are keeping warm and well in their homes. Living in a cold home has a whole host of health implications for both adults and children. The service offers arrange of advice and practical support to people which starts with a free home energy advice visit. Advice and support with reducing home energy bills is on offer, help accessing energy discounts and grants,  along with energy saving tips and heaters and blankets and heaters for very cold homes.
